Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 pm- 8:00 pm
Come join us in an hour of Fitness, go at your own pace or push yourself as hard as you would like to. We incorporate some weight training, step fitness, balls, ladders, dyna bands, hoops, mat work. All workouts can be modified to fit your level. New music, along with some oldies now and then.
Note: Masks will be required to enter and exit the building!
Please bring your own exercise mat.
