To obtain a 2021 Animal license (Dog/ Cat Tag) please complete form below. To pay for license:

  • Online Banking – Payee Schreiber Township Misc Account # 002021
  • Mail Cheque or Money Order to the Township of Schreiber 204 Alberta Street, P.O. Box 40
  • Use drop box, located near the main doors to the Municipal Office to submit Cheque or Money Order
  • In person at your Financial Institution 

Purchased on or before January 31st
$20 Spayed or Neutered OR $35 for Not Spayed or Neutered

Purchased on or after February 1st
$35 Spayed or Neutered OR $80 for Not Spayed or Neutered

Once payment has been received, the tags and license will be mailed to you. 

Replacement dog tag is $5.00.
