The Schreiber Flu Clinic will be on Tuesday, October 27th 2020 from 4:30pm to 7:15pm at the J.E. Stokes Medical Centre.

As you arrive, you must use the Scotia Street entrance. You will be given a “Now Serving” number that is to be displayed in your front windshield. You will then be guided to your parking spot where you will remain until asked to enter the clinic. Be advised that there may be a wait, as we are limited to the the number of people we can have in the clinic at one time. You will use the main front entrance to enter the clinic and the rear door when leaving the clinic. You will then use the Main Street exit to leave the parking lot.

For everyone’s safety, please use the following precautions:

• If you are feeling unwell, do not attend the clinic.

• Everyone must wear a mask.

• Wear loose fitting clothing like a short sleeve tee shirt to better facilitate immunization.

Please note that if our COVID status changes prior to this clinic, the North Shore Family Health Team will have to modify it’s process. We will do our best to ensure you have the most up to date information. Please remember these are challenging times, so we ask for your patience and cooperation.
